Research

Our research aimed to uncover user needs, pain points, and preferences to create a user-centric and effective design. I conducted in-depth interviews with 15 users to gain qualitative insights. I focused on creating a clean and intuitive interface, ensuring easy navigation and quick access to key features.

Users encounter scattered and inconsistent information, making it difficult to determine the validity and reliability of the offers. As discounts may be restricted to specific pharmacies, locations, or insurance plans, limiting users' options. Complex eligibility requirements further add to the frustration, with users unsure if they meet the criteria or need to take additional steps to qualify for savings. The manual search can be time-consuming, requiring users to visit multiple sources and keep track of various offers.

Medication synchronization for users taking multiple medications becomes challenging.

Finding relevant details becomes a challenge amidst the vast amount of available information. Limited accessibility and a lack of clarity in benefits and risks further impact user understanding.
