I’m a Lead UX Designer focused on designing clear, reliable experiences within complex, regulated systems. My work sits at the intersection of user behavior, product strategy, and operational constraints where small design decisions can have outsized impact on trust, conversion, and compliance.
I’ve spent the last several years improving onboarding, verification, and account access experiences in fintech platforms, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams. I’m particularly drawn to problems involving ambiguity, risk, and scale where the challenge is not adding features, but simplifying decision-making for users while preserving system integrity.
I approach design with a systems mindset: understanding how flows, states, and touchpoints connect over time. Whether leading large initiatives or improving core platform patterns, I focus on clarity, predictability, and long-term UX quality rather than short term wins.
